Baby Bereavement: Eternal Love Yoga

This yoga class is for women who have experienced pregnancy loss and infant loss. We will be focusing on yoga for trauma, traumas are often stored in our physical bodies. Specific movements and patterns have been shown to release these stored traumas and help foster healing. Yoga for Trauma is a 45-minute mindful yoga journey designed to target impacted areas through a combination of movement and breath work.
